"I like helping people."  Rick's 32 years of legal experience as a Deputy County Attorney, Special Attorney General, and a lawyer in private practice has made for an interesting career. He has been lead counsel in over 50 jury trials in federal and state court in Arizona and Colorado, and has successfully argued before the Arizona Courts of Appeal, Supreme Court and 9th Circuit many times.

Rick has been hand picked for inclusion in the prestigious "Register of Preeminent lawyers,"and has enjoyed the highest peer rating possible, that of Av for the past 15 years. He has been named as one of the "Top Lawyers," by Phoenix Magazine and has been inducted into "Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys," in 1992, "Who's Who in American Law,1994," and "International Who's Who in Professionals. "

Rick is also a real estate investor, and a  licensed real estate agent and has other business interests. His clients include professionals, entrepreneurs and professional athletes.

Rick is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the Theatre Artists Studio of Phoenix and regularly competes in Triathlons throughout the United States.
