Over 40 years experience as a trial lawyer: more than 50 jury trials as lead counsel in the Arizona and Colorado Superior and United States District Courts, including murder, political crimes; multi-million dollar personal injury and medical malpractice claims--representing both plaintiffs and defendants; numerous appearances before the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Courts of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, San Francisco.
